Pretty crazy artists run on a strict policy of 50% deposit which is non refundable. This is due the the manic nature of the business where booked days cost us potential business when we have to turn events down as we are already booked.

The deposit must be paid at least 4 weeks before an event, the balance (an remittance must be sent) must be paid before the work is to be commenced or in cash on the day.

Trials are conducted when a suitable time for both parties is agreed upon. Trials can not take place on Saturdays as these are operational days. Repeated trails will be charged for accordingly.

Should you be unhappy with a particular artist we will gladly book an alterntive from within the Pretty Crazy stable but this will require at least 2 weeks notice.
